The ISTOK-SOYUZ project team prepared a Catalogue of European Technology Platforms (ETP) and Networks of Excellence (NoE), willing to collaborate with organisations from Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

The ISTOK-SOYUZ project team prepared the Russian version of  the Training Guide "Getting started with the EU ICT Research".

It was extended with 2 additional practical guides on CORDIS and IDEAL-IST and EU-RU ICT taxonomy.

The Guide was published in English by SCUBE-ICT, the clustering project of ISTOK-SOYUZ. The training guide in English is available on the link below:
