ISTOK-SOYUZ experts helped to submit 8 proposals to 5 ICT Call

ISTOK-SOYUZ experts assisted 12 winners of the internal project call (see http://www.istok-soyuz.eu/index.php/call-for-proposals) in taking part in the FP7 ICT Call 5 of.

The personalised support included the following services:

  • Assistance in the  identification of potential partners in Europe to comple the consortium with  partner(s) who have the  necessary competences

  • Assistance with integrating into existing consortiums

  • Assistance for evaluation of adequacy of the potential project idea with FP7 call focus

  • Assistancewithcontacting  identified and potential partners

  • Visibility assistance and promotion of the R&D teams on the EU side

  • Consultancy assistance on the participation in the FP7

As a result, 2 R&D teams were successfully integrated in international consortiums and 6 teams were helped to complete consortiums by coordinators and necessary partners from Europe. They are:

  •   Software Engineering Company "Knowledge Genesis" Ltd. (Samara, Russia). Projects: “Software Platform for Adaptive Networks of Intelligent Services based on Real Time Knowledge -Based Multi-Agent Schedulers of Small and Medium Enterprises and Mobile (AdNet)” and “Smart Wireless Adaptive Production System (SWAP)”

  • "Media RD" Ltd. (Tomsk, Russia). Projects: “E-Shadow - system of digital footprints management (E-SHADOW)” and “ Scalable Neural Networks for Evolutionary Automated Researching (SPEAR)“

  •   Lebedev Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computer Engineering, Russian Academy of Sciences (IPMCE) (Moscow, Russia). Project: “Adaptive Control Platform for a Cooperating Team of Mobile Robots (ADACOPTER)”

  • Novosibirsk Center of Information Technologies UNIPRO (Novosibirsk, Russia). Project: “3S WEB: Safe, Sane & Secure Web (3S WEB)”

  • Center of information technologies in education CTE (St.Petersburg, Russia). Projects: “Learning Through Teaching (LET_TEACH)” and “Virtual Teacher for 3D Physical Modelling in Industrial Design (VTD)”

The next step is hands-on support assistance aiming to strengthen collaboration of winners of the internal project call with European R&D ICT teams for common participation in the 6th ICT Call of FP7.
